Coverage Area
We travel to your office, a real estate office, customers' home or we use our office. Our coverage area is extensive and our fees are very competitive. We work directly with lenders and title companies along with local and national settlement agencies. Our affiliation also includes most national signing services.
The definition of a Notary Public according to the law is a "neutral" witness to the signature of documents and identification of the signers, nothing more ...nothing less. Therefore we follow PA law exclusively.- We DO NOT BACKDATE OR PREDATE!
- A "Signing Agent" executes the documents by witnessing the signatures of the people involved. They never handle the "closing procedures" nor do they act as closers. A person who "closes" a loan in PA must be licensed by the Insurance Department as a Title Agent. Unless the Notary Public also holds such licensure or is an attorney this designation should not be used nor recognized.
- We DO NOT sign HUDS or any other documents, unless they are for notarial purposes.
- We DO NOT explain, discuss or otherwise advise the clients on terms, conditions or any other financial information in regards to the loan process. We will however contact the proper person to provide that information as needed.
