Notary Public Services
We are a Pennsylvania Notary Public commissioned by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Department. Our local office is located in Southwestern PA where we provide general notarial services to the public. We also provide "Traveling Notary" services. We will travel to your home, office or a health care facility for your convenience. Services we can help you with include

E~Notary Services
Recently a new law in PA recognizes Electronic Notarization. Therefore
- A document can now be notarized in an electronic form
- If a document is emailed to us or provided to us on a disk or flash drive we can add our notarial seal to that document it must be recognized as a legal notarizaion
- All documents, excluding wills, can be notarized in this manner
Mortgage Closing Services
We are a Accredited Signing Agent (ASA) through The Notary Academy, who can witness your
- Purchase of a new home
- Refinance of an existing mortgage
- Investment Properties, Estates, Foreclosures and Construction

DMV Services
We are trained by the Pennsylvania DMV to handle all of your DMV and DL needs and approved to
- Facilitate the sell/purchase of any motorized vehicle
- Issue plates and registration for new residents in PA
- Renew or restore your car, truck, trailer or motorcycle registration
- Renew or restore your drivers' license
- Issue Apportioned plates
DCNR/PFBC Services
We are approved by the (PFBC) Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission along with (DCNR) PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to
- Facilitate the sell/purchase of any watercraft, ATV or snowmobile
- Renew your PA ATV, snowmobile, trailer and boat registration
- Issue launch permits for all State Parks in PA
